Created on Purpose, for a Purpose

You are not an accident. You are not a coincidence. You were created on purpose, by a loving God, for a specific purpose that only you can fulfill. Before you were born, God knew you, formed you, and set plans in motion for your life.

Jeremiah 29:11 was spoken to a people in exile — displaced, discouraged, and wondering if God had forgotten them. Into their darkest moment, God spoke a word of incredible hope: I know the plans I have for you. Plans to prosper. Plans to give you hope and a future.

The same God who had plans for Israel in their exile has plans for you in your situation. Even if life has taken unexpected turns, even if you feel lost or stuck, God has not lost sight of His purpose for you.

Purpose is not always about doing something grand or visible. Sometimes your purpose today is to be kind to a stranger, to encourage a friend, to show up faithfully in the small things. Every act of obedience, no matter how small, is part of God fulfilling His purpose through you.

You matter. Your life matters. And the God who created you is not finished with you yet.

Prayer: God, thank You for creating me with purpose. When I feel lost or uncertain, remind me that You have good plans for my life. Help me to walk in the purpose You have designed for me, one faithful step at a time. Amen.
