God instructed Joshua to march around Jericho with the army and priests once daily for six days, and seven times on the seventh day. When the people shouted and the trumpets blew, the walls collapsed and Israel conquered the city.
Jericho's fall demonstrated that Israel's victories came from God's power, not military might. Rahab's inclusion in the covenant community and in Christ's genealogy shows God's grace extends to all who believe.
