Morning — The Inexhaustible Riches of Christ

By Charles Spurgeon

"Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ."

Paul calls the riches of Christ "unsearchable" — a word that means they cannot be fully traced out or exhausted. You may spend a lifetime exploring the treasures of Christ and never reach the end. His love is deeper than you can fathom. His grace is wider than you can measure. His wisdom is higher than you can climb. And His power is greater than you can imagine.

Consider this: the apostle who wrote half the New Testament, who was caught up to the third heaven, who saw visions and revelations of the Lord — even he considered himself the least of all saints. The closer we draw to Christ, the more aware we become of our own unworthiness, and the more astonished we are by His grace.

This morning, do not settle for a shallow acquaintance with your Savior. Dive deep into His Word. Linger long in prayer. Seek to know Him more fully, more intimately, more truly. The riches of Christ are unsearchable, and the exploration of them is the greatest adventure a soul can undertake. You will never be disappointed, for every new discovery reveals yet more glory.
